Undetectable mode
When you share your screen, the interviewer does not see URHIRED AI. Here is exactly how that works and how to verify it on your own machine.
The mechanism
The overlay window is marked as protected content at the operating-system level. Screen-capture and screen-share APIs honour that flag and exclude the window from the frames they produce. You see it on your physical display; the stream your interviewer receives never contains it.
Nothing is being intercepted or spoofed — the OS is doing the excluding, which is why it works consistently across meeting apps rather than needing a per-app workaround.
Everything that keeps it out of sight

Zoom: pick a window-filtering capture mode
The protected-content flag marks our window — it does not police the app doing the capturing. The exclusion applies wherever that app asks the operating system for a filtered composite, which is what meeting apps normally do. Zoom is the one that hands the choice to you, so it is worth thirty seconds of your attention.
In Zoom, open Settings → Share screen → Advanced and set Screen capture mode to Capture with window filtering. That is the mode where per-window exclusions are honoured. The Advanced capture without window filtering option deliberately skips them, and Auto lets Zoom decide for you.

Look at the shared preview
Most apps show you a thumbnail of what you are broadcasting. The overlay should be absent from it. Record a few seconds and play it back if you want to be certain.
What it covers, and what it does not
Undetectable mode is about your screen share and your visible desktop. Being precise about the edges:
- It hides the app from screen sharing, screen recording, your Dock, your taskbar, and your app switcher.
- The process is still listed in Activity Monitor and Task Manager, the same as any running application.
- It is not designed to defeat dedicated proctoring software. If an assessment is proctored, that is a disclosed condition of the process.
