Your copilot pauses until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from Settings → Plan. Credits refill to that month's allotment — unused leftover does not stack. Nothing is lost — your saved setups and interview history stay exactly where they are.
Yes. Open Settings → Plan in the desktop app and you will be taken to the billing portal, where you can cancel or change plans in a couple of clicks. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Mock interviews, Claude, Grok, and the other models need Pro or higher.

Pro is sized for someone with a handful of interviews coming up — 3,000 credits a month and mock interviews. Pro+ is for an active job search — 6,000 credits, longer sessions, priority response speed, and priority support.
No. Plans are Free, Pro, and Pro+. Card billing is monthly, or as 3-month (10% off) and 6-month (15% off) packages. Upgrade or change plans anytime from Settings → Plan in the desktop app. Interval changes after subscribe go through the billing portal.
