Promoter Terms
Last updated October 2026
The program
These terms cover the URHIRED AI promoter program. They sit beside the Terms of Service. An approved promoter earns 25% of the subscription amount a promoted customer actually pays, after discounts and excluding tax, for that customer's first three subscription months.
The existing referral program, which grants credits to both people, is separate. A subscriber is attributed to either a promoter code or a referral code. A promo attribution does not pay the referrer. The promoted subscriber receives 1,000 extra credits on their first payment.
Approval and contact
You apply from your account and name one way for us to reach you: WhatsApp, phone, Telegram, or email. We approve or reject applications. Only an approved promoter receives a promo code. You can update the contact method after approval. We may suspend a promoter; suspension stops new attributions and holds unpaid balance until reinstatement.
Payouts
Earnings from calendar month M are prepared in the last week of month M+1. We send the payout only after an admin allows it. The minimum payout is $25. A smaller balance rolls forward.
You choose a bank payout through Stripe Connect, or USDT on TRON (TRC20) or Ethereum (ERC20). Bank payouts are sent through Stripe. USDT is sent manually to the wallet saved on your profile. We cover the network fee so the USDT you receive matches the dollar commission. A transaction that has been sent on-chain cannot be reversed. You are responsible for confirming the wallet address. A payment sent to a wrong address is not refundable.
Refunds and clawbacks
If a promoted customer is refunded or disputes a charge, the related commission is reduced before it is paid. After it is paid, the same amount is deducted from the next payout and can carry forward. We may void an attribution. Self-purchase and any purchase by the promoter's own account do not earn a commission.
Taxes and privacy
You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive. Stripe collects the tax identity it requires for US bank payouts. We do not share a subscriber's name, email, or interview content with you. We share only what is needed to compute and pay your commission.
